The rack is great and it is built well, the description is way to vague though. It needs to say that IF YOU BUY THIS, YOU WILL SPEND $70 ON FIT HOOKS. Then when you go to buy fit hooks you need to search the web just to find a fit guide because there are about 500 different fit hooks. The fit guide isn't on the manufacture's website (or amazon), then when you find the fit guide, it will tell you TWO part numbers, even though all you the description said was you need is "A FIT HOOK SET." SO then you go back to amazon and they only carry 1 of the two part numbers from the fit guide, and you order that and pray it's all you need. The pictures demonstrating the adjustment capabilities are not pictures of this rack, although it is similar. I bought the rack in summer as a gift for my girlfriend and just got the phone call saying it doesn't come with everything so now I need to overnight some parts for our trip. Not happy
