The 2013 Summit 125cm Marauders are handcrafted with extreme attention to detail. These feature a custom painted silk-screened top sheet and were created with one goal in mind - to take the sport of skiboarding to a new level of performance. Attention powder hounds and speed demons - wait until you ride these boards! Be prepared to push the limits of what you thought was possible on skiboards. The parabolic sidecut was constructed to function impeccably with the northern birch vertically laminated wood core to deliver almost effortless carves, with incredible stability at speeds. The high energy wood core is sandwiched between layers of fiberglass providing just the right combination of flex and torsional stiffness. Rubber dampening layer absorbs shock. Designed for all mountain riding, these skiboards are at home anywhere in the resorts including those breath taking steep chutes, moguls or flying through the glades. Black sintered bases allow maximum wax absorption and the ability to attain speeds that are truly impressive. Black bases are easier to repair and bring them back to new looking condition. Symmetrical twin tips provide ease of riding whether forwards or backwards or just spinning down the mountain! 360 wrap carbon steel edges are integrated into the design. ABS sidewall construction offers increased torsional stability, enhanced power transfer to the edges and improved vibration dampening. Great but chips easily. all sides are now chipped due to rubbing. I guess because of rhe materials they're made of. I expect more of this product.
