These goggles permit a wider field of vision then most, allowing me to see behind myself better than my old Oakley's did. I don't know how much skiers worry about someone coming up behind but for a winter biker it's crucially important not to have blind spots. The interchangable lenses are a very nice touch, allowing me almost unfiltered vision when I ride at night and shading when I ride in the sun or bright daytime snowglow. Someday I may invest in one more lens, whatever the darkest shade is.
