The seller is great the item is not. This bag has no padding at all. My snowboard pretty much ripped the bag with its edge after one use. Waste of 40 bucks. Invest in a better product.

This bag is fine... but very thin, no padding, and feels cheap. Two plane trips so far, but think it is better suiting for car rides.

This bag is not padded, but did the trick for transporting my board to CO. I was able to pack a 163cm board in and surround it with clothes, for padding. My board survived the trip as checked luggage. You probably couldn't fit a board, boots, and bindings in the bag with any kind of room left for padding. All-in-all, this is a simple bag that offers minimum protection.
